Daylight is like an all-seeing-eye; we sometimes hide ourselves while it watches us. People try to act in a way that helps them conform and blend in with those around them. They function like a real person, but are not necessarily their true selves... To their co-workers, casual acquaintances and passers by, they can be a cardboard cut-out of a human being, only giving half-smiles, small talk and pleasantries, nothing more. But, when the night comes, the world changes and their masks slip. They reveal more of themselves. They indulge in their often hidden desires. They feel more free. They are released. They become real. Sound familiar? ‘Into The Night’ is a celebration of this change.
